   4 2) run xgettext:  ./po/xlat.sh > po/cin.po
   5 3) compile xlat.C:  cd ./po ; c++ -ggdb -Wall xlat.C
   6 4) get keys: ./a.out key < cin.po > cin.txt
   7 5) list output on console: cat cin.txt
   8 6) start browser url = https://translate.google.com/
   9 7) drag select and copy/paste cin.txt output to translator input box
  10 8) start gnome-terminal run: cat > xxx.txt    xxx = locale name
